Memorial Day Weekend is soon approaching. Thinking of throwing a fun backyard bbq? Let's think... we could whip up some hot dogs, ribs, and burgers. Perhaps some sides like grilled corn and watermelon. You see, we could do Memorial Day weekend like everyone else. But... I have something better. Cheeseburger pizza! I like to look at this treat as a little bit of the grill with a little bit of the party. I had so much fun with this recipe. I think it is just perfect for a celebration and for having while enjoying a nice long weekend with friends and loved ones.
