I'm so excited to be sharing my famous Greek yoghurt feta dip with chopped chives on the blog. It's so delicious and so perfect for summer. Initially I stumbled upon a similar recipe on Pinterest. From there, I put my own spin on it and finally perfected this mega popular treat. It literally takes two seconds to make, and really doesn't require any prep work other than gathering the ingredients from your local grocery store or farmers' market.
The best part is that this particular dip can be incorporated with so much. And it's healthy! Besides being a snack dip great for pita chips, corn chips, and/or veggies, it can also take the place of a spread for grilled chicken skewers, salmon, hamburgers, and even pizza! Yes, pizza. Why not get a little creative in the kitchen? I had friends over from the UK visiting town for a few days and I made them this dip to enjoy with appetizers. A few martinis and beers down and next thing you know we ordered a pizza in for delivery, and my dip ended up with it. It actually was a tasty combination! Thanks to my British friends for their wildly appetizing idea, the garlic-y flavors from my dip perfectly enhanced our pepperoni pizza dinner.
Because this dip is loved by so many, it is my pleasure to put this baby under the spotlight for you all to enjoy. Have fun with this one!
