My Favorite Multipurpose Outfit To Pack For Summer Vacation
Summer is just around the corner. Is anyone planning a fun trip to the South of France, or a weekend getaway at The Hamptons? If so, you're in luck. If not, you're still in luck. Because, actually, I'm just dreaming. I'm excited to share a multipurpose outfit perfect to pack for summer vacation no matter where you're going, or what you have planned.
Last week I pulled this exact ensemble for my spring photoshoot for Grip Handbags. Later that day, I realized everything about this look qualifies as a great vacation outfit. Oh, how comfortable and relaxed I felt during the entire shoot; I didn't even feel like I was working. I was practically on a mini vacation in my head. Only thing missing? A piña colada irl (in real life).

All this look really requires are four main pieces. Romper, shoes, handbag, and a hat. What I love about a romper is that you can easily dress it up or down. The wide leg achieves a super comfortable and relaxed feel perfect for a full day of adventure. It's definitely something I would wear for the beach over a bathing suit when I still want to look put together for a nice lunch or some shopping later. At the same time, it's still dressy enough that I could wear this exact romper for a chic dinner date. All I would need to do to refresh this look is 1). throw on some jewelry (how about chandelier earrings?) and 2). change shoes from sneakers or flip flops, to espadrilles or a pair of fun heeled sandals for an added splash of personality. Voila!
