The Best Creamy Avocado Hummus: A Simple Recipe To Try At Home

I'm a huge fan of dips. I thought let's try out a healthy dip. And why not hummus?! My mom has been making a killer hummus lately, so I begged her to share her secret with us. Good news, we're in luck. I am honored to introduce to you the world's best avocado hummus. Hummus is actually one of the healthier dipping options because of its high protein and essential vitamins and minerals. Although it is high in fat, it is good fat, so don't feel guilty splurging on some hummus. This recipe incorporates all natural ingredients. Together with your favorite chips or veggies, it's the perfect snack for the weekend!

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Food processor

- 2 tbsp Avocado oil

- 2 tbsp Lime juice

- 1 can of chickpeas (drained)

- 2 avocados (ripe)

- 1/2 jalapeno (seeded)

- 2 garlic cloves

- 2 tbsp of tahini

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp cumin

- Optional: garnish with basil, toasted pine nuts, or jalapeno slices

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put everything in your food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Scoop out the hummus. Serve with your favorite chips or veggies. Garnish as pleased.
